These terms and conditions govern the use of the EnglishMasterz website. By using this site, users agree to adhere to the following terms.
User Agreement
By accessing this website and its content, including materials shared during live classes, users accept these terms. Usage of the site or its services through any device signifies acceptance of this policy. If you disagree with any terms, refrain from using the site or contact us via the chat box.
Information provided on EnglishMasterz is intended for IELTS exam preparation and is offered “as is.” Recommendations on the site are the author’s opinions and are not guaranteed.
Online Class Guidelines
Punctuality: Trainees must join classes on time, ideally 10 minutes early. Arriving 10 minutes late reduces class time to 50 minutes. Being 20 minutes late without prior notice results in class cancellation.
Class Etiquette: Attend classes in appropriate attire, in a quiet space, with your video on.
Internet: Ensure a stable internet connection for uninterrupted classes.
Group Classes
Group classes include 2-5 students. Students should choose morning or evening sessions based on the weekly schedule. Changes in class timing or trainer are not allowed.
Class Scheduling & Rescheduling
Scheduling: Class schedules decided in the orientation are final. No changes are permitted afterward.
Free Rescheduling: While not recommended, emergency rescheduling is allowed with 6 hours’ notice to the Relationship Manager. One free rescheduling is allowed for every 6 classes purchased.
Paid Rescheduling: Additional rescheduling costs INR 400/- per instance.
Class Patterns: Classes can be scheduled Monday-Friday, Monday-Saturday, Monday-Sunday, or on alternating days.
Communication
By using the site, users consent to receive communications via calls, emails, or SMS. Users agree not to hold EnglishMasterz liable for any contact made regarding services.
Copyright
All content on the website is copyrighted. Users cannot reuse content without prior written consent. EnglishMasterz reserves the right to terminate accounts for misuse of content.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel classes, inform your Relationship Manager and raise a ticket. In cases of medical emergencies, cancellations will be refunded partially or fully. Cancellation without reason will not be compensated.
Class Deferral
Class deferral is allowed for 3 or more sessions with notice to the Relationship Manager. There is no guarantee of the same trainer or class timing upon resumption.
